Hi,

Is the intent that Rust is entirely optional? Cue sheets seem to me that they're one of the same essential playlist formats along M3U and XSPF. As such they're not a good candidate for being optional.

And then I would expect that the interface from Rust is not ad-hoc, but rather wrapping the plugin API directly.
