I am not upgrading the requirements. We require C11 with errata for years.

I don't think it was I who upgraded the requirements from GCC 4.9 to 5, and it was definitely not me that upgraded the stated Clang requirements. Nor do I recall that being discussed as it should have.

So your mail is completely out of the discussion.
