[vlc-devel] [PATCH] configure: don't put the CONFIGURE_LINE in config.h

Adding one word in the CC and CXX definition to solve all instances of preprocessor induced rebuilds, versus adding several lines of buggy kludge in the build system to solve one very specific and essentially never happening instance.

Pretty obvious that ccache is simpler by any reasonable understanding of simplicity.
