[vlc-devel] 3.0.12 tagging

Sorry to intrude on this thread but will this 3.0.11.1 release have ALL 
of the stuff required to build on a Mac?

I'm working on a project with another person who is running Mac OS 
10.14.6 (I'm running Ubuntu 18.4.4 right now) and they are having lots 
of problems getting the 3.0.x series to compile on the Mac.  It keeps 
asking for some type of 'patch' information and they have no idea what 
to do.

Will this release have everything (including instructions) so someone 
that _has_never_build_vlc_from_sources_before_ on a Mac can build it?
