Bridge and mosaic_bridge can probably work without VLM, but the VLM file
parser moved as a playlist-demux-like module would probably help the UX
to use it.

I've shared API design ideas for this to Romain, though I'll probably
check it first before sharing here, but afaiu it's mostly about knowing
the correct ids and a good use of the dup/select filter, plus opening
multiple players, so there could potentially even be module-based
solution not even adding a new API.

I don't know the whole extend of the mosaic API, but we are using it
extensively at Videolabs so we can probably check whether any
alternative solution breaks our use case or not before submitting the
design here.
