[vlc-devel] Interest in VLC Bounties – Which ones are still open and unlocked?

My name is Wisdom. I am a C / python developer with 3yrs of experience a
linux system Engineer and low-level optimizations.

I have read the Bounties page (https://wiki.videolan.org/Bounties) and I
would like to work on one of the open bounties.

According to the rules, I must contact you first. The list is always Work
In Progress, so please tell me:

Which of the following are still open, have NOT been locked to anyone, and
have NOT been updated or removed?

Here is the complete current list with prices (as shown today on the wiki):

VLC Features:
- libVLC API for filters – 2000 €

Once I know which ones are available, I will pick one and send a small
reasonable patch to get it temporarily locked.
