[vlc-devel] video play problem

I use VLC media player (version 3.0.24) to play the online video stream at http://192.168.10.101:8080/VIDEO/20260915/input.mp4. This file is placed on the nginx server as a static video file for video playback. The video duration is 42 seconds. During playback, the progress bar and the current time eventually stop moving around 30 seconds and the video still plays until the final 42 seconds are completed. Currently, this video does not have this problem when played as a local file. I have also tried playing it online with VLC 4.0 version and there was no issue (ffmpeg playback also had no time problem). The following is the debug log of VLC media player (version 3.0.24):
