[vlc-devel] I encountered a video playback issue.

The command "ffmpeg.exe -filter_complex "testsrc=duration=40:size=640x480:rate=22.5" -c:v libx264 -profile:v baseline -level 3 -g 20 -pix_fmt yuv420p -vframes 900 -video_track_timescale 90000 -an -movflags +faststart test_900samples_40s.mp4" is used to generate an mp4 video. I play the online video stream using the VLC media player (version 3.0.24): http://192.168.10.101:8080/VIDEO/20260915/test_900samples_40s.mp4. This file is placed on the nginx server and used as a static video file for playback. The video duration is 40 seconds. During playback, the progress bar and the current time stop moving at 30 seconds, but the video continues to play until the complete 40 seconds end. Currently, when this video is played as a local file, no such problem occurs. I also tried to play it online using VLC 4.0 version, and found no issues (ffmpeg playback also has no time problems).
