[ANN] vlms 0.1.99h

   Version 0.1.99h of the VideoLAN MiniServer (vlms) is out, at last.

   It is the first public release, but the version number has been set
to 0.1.99h to match the vlc's version number.


   Here is a quick way to test the vlms :

      % vlc --server your_IP &

      % vlms /path/to/dvd/VTS_01_1.VOB -d your_IP

   The vlc should wait for a stream, and the vlms should send the VOB
file to the vlc. Note that your IP should not be on the loopback device,
it is a known limitation of the vlms which should be solved soon.


   You can download the vlms via HTTP or FTP :
