Subtitles

Hmm ... Sometimes seeking around can make it pick up subtitles that it
missed.  But sometimes it gets to a point and totally seems to loose the
subtitles.  They don't display at all.  Also, switching subtitle
languages makes vlc spit "Unknown command 0xNN" (NN is not always the
same.  I've seen 0x0a and 0x9a and 0xa1, I think) and then vlc hangs
(needs to be kill -9'd).
