Stability of ts input

Bill,

It's based on the dvb project at linuxtv.org. Specifically, I'm testing
with feeds from the Ku side of Telstar 5.

I have not attempted to measure the maximum frame rate of the software,
but it does seem to keep up with the 29.97Hz field rate of the feeds.
I have a 600Mhz PIII.
