This patch may (i'm not sure) introduce problems with some video cards, this 
is why it hasn't been applied yet. I would like to find a solution which 
would work for every video card, If I don't find any then I guess it will 
eventually be applied (and we'll see if anybody complains about xvideo not 
working anymore for them ;-)
