MacOS X Problems

Hi, I recently downloaded the binary of .2.91 for MacOS X, and I cannot get
it to play DVDs.  I tried using the dev tools (for 10.1) to compile the
DVDIOCtl thingy but received about 9 compilation errors.  When I load the
program, I have no option to open disc, it is simply greyed out.  Am I not
loading certain libraries or something, or what might be my problem?
