Subtitles cause segfault

For the time being you can't see subtitles when using the overlay video
acceleration ( xvideo and sdl plugin ). If you want to see subtitles,
until sam's finished with the next video output, either use the x11
plugin or press the "y" key under the sdl plugin. Be warned it will
cause a loss of performance unless you have quite a powerful machine.
