Vlc 0.2.80 a no go on my BeOS box

When the guys changes the playlist code I had to change the BeOS version. You now have to press the Play button
before anything happens. I had to do this to get around the problem of the interface indicating the movie was playing
when it wasn't. The BeOS gui still needs a lot of TLC.
