Win32 0.2.91 & VOB files

I've been using the Win32 version of VideoLAN Client 0.2.83 without any
unusual difficulties.  But when I try opening a VOB file directly using
0.2.91, nothing happens.  (It still works in "Disc" mode.)

I've tried under both Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows 2000
Professional SP2.
