please consider this an apology for whatever inconvenience 
it may have caused :-)

ogle is running fine on one of my boxes.
it had problems with 3dfx voodoo board with 16 meg video mem.
i will try to duplicate that success with your package.
could i post a single step trace log if it leads to a solution 
- that is, if it explains what caused difficulty in installation
for your package with my environment?
it would be a log file of sorts in.txt format, gzipped for ftp.
