vlc 0.2.90 and suse 7.3 - success

Hi Michael,

the video output is real good! Smooth and clear.
I use the Xvideo-output.
Just the sound at SuSE sounds a little bit too
slow. But you recognize it only when slow music
is playing. ( es "leiert" etwas )
(With Mandrake 8.1 is the sound ok)

With the sdl-output it has a strange behavior -
the video quality is a little bit slower and in
fullscreen I can see only the left part of the
movie. If I use the right mouse button to get
the menu vlc chrashs and I have to restart the
X-server.

In general it works fine with SuSE7.3 and I dont
need the sdl-output.
So try it out, the new SuSE is really good even if
new YAST2 scanner modul doesn't work.

512 MB Ram
nvidia 2 MX 400 64MB
nvidia driver 1541
(dont know how it works with a slower machine)
