Be sure to try it with the "-V macosx_qt -I macosx_qt" options (vlc -V
macosx_qt -I macosx_qt dvd:/dev/rdisk1) since this will speed it up a lot.
I have a G3 333 Lombard and it is unplayable on my machine without those
options.
