vlc-0.3.0-win32.exe updated on videolan.org

Hi everybody,

As lots of people must have already noticed the initial vlc-0.3.0-win32.exe 
package available for download on videolan.org was broken.

This package has now been updated and should work for all Windows flavors. 

The package contains the Win32 native interface plugin, but you can also 
find the GTK interface as an optional download. If you decide to install 
this GTK plugin, you have to extract the zip file to the directory where 
VLC is installed and go to the "preferences" menu to explicitly enable it.
