Subject: Problem with VLC picture

Hi

sorry if I'm being a bit stupid with this query, but having downloaded the
windows package of 'client'I can't get any picture although I do get sound
when trying to play region 2 'Ghost Dog' (I got absolutely nothing when
trying to play a region 1 DVD 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon').
I have tried experimenting with the preferences but get the attached
dialogue box which I have no idea about.
Although your FAQ site continually reminds people to check if they have
downloaded 'libdvdcss'I thought it was bundled with the Windows package. On
going to the 'libdvdcss' download page I haven't a clue what I should be
downloading.
My system is (Laptop)Advent 5480DVD, PIII 800Mhz, 256RAM, 10GB hard drive,
running Windows ME, DVD drive = Torisan U824 3.05

I would be grateful for any help in this area and look forward to trying out
your software
