No. The correct behaviour would be to either scale the image, or
at least center it, but the new video output doesn't handle buffer
resolution changes yet. But it will.
It works for XVideo because the window size changes, but not the
video buffer size. And I suppose you are using the X11 video output (try
to get XVideo working if you can, btw).
