Nothing to worry there, vlc just indicates that the DVD contains an 
unsupported audio track but as shown in the log you sent there are also AC3 
tracks available and vlc does support them.

hmmm, could you try to set this environment variable before running vlc:
"export DVDCSS_METHOD=title"
This will change the way libdvdcss will try to crack the css protection of 
the DVD.

Can you also check you have read and write permissions on your dvd device. 
This is also needed to crack the css protection.

Last thing, could you try playing a simple mpeg file from your hard disk 
just to see if everything else is working fine.
