playing encrypted dvd

[gene french]

i installed the libdvdcss and libdvdcss development modules as rpms and
unbundled them when i was trying to get xine to work...as far as i know they
are installed...the package manager shows libdvdcss2 and libdvdcss2-dev* is
installed...
i am new to this os...please be patient...
