...but how do i disable apple's dvd player to autostart as soon as i insert
a dvd? i'd like to watch dvds with vlc but just can't because everytime i
put in a dvd the default dvd player by apple pops up and as soon as i close
it, it also ejects the dvd.

any idea? :)
