Apt-get for Debian help needed

In my /etc/apt/sources.list is the following entry:

deb ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/ debian/
deb-src ftp://videolan.org/pub/videolan/ debian/

note the difference at the end of the lin debian/ instead of debian ./
