MPEG-2 PS 2 TS

Hi,
I'm in need of a program to convert from MPEG-2 PS to MPEG-2 TS under
win32. I was wondering whether you would be able to help me out as I saw
some related files in your CVS directory. Unfortunately, I have no idea
how I can make use of that by itself (I'm presuming the fileI saw
ps2ts.cpp is part of some larger project.). Could you please help :-)
This is for my University thesis, so I'd appreciate any help I can get.
