VLC 0.3.1 on Win2000: Freezes when trying to read encrypted DVD

I don't know exactly what your problem is. I know I can reproduce a similar 
behaviour here, but only when I try to read a DVD and I don't have 
administrator priviledges.

I'll try to provide an updated binary snapshot so we can track the problem 
from there.
