[vlc] vlc version 0.4.5

Hi.
I download vlc version 0.4.5 ,vls version 0.4.0.I boradcast a mpeg1-ps on vls, but I get audio but no video on vlc, can you please tell me why. 
 
My system is 800 Mhz. with 128Mb Ram and I'm running Redhat7.2.
