   Which is perfectly valid. It is a bug in our FTP server (ProFTPd)
that is being looked at.

   In the meantime, you can use the http method:

deb http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/debian $(ARCH)/
deb-src http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/debian sources/
