VLC for MacOS 9.x

VLC doesn't work on OS 9.1. You need at least OS 10.1 to run it. The
resources in order to port it to OS9 is extremely high would require a lot
of code rewriting and don't count on one ever being done.

At least that¹s what they've said in the past.
