Problem with VLS under Windows 2K3

I took on Videolan ftp server some mpeg files to test VLS. But when I
start a program in loop, I have errors like : 
"Read/error for program xxxx"

The test platform configuration is :

. Net server 2003 RC1
PIII 600
512 Mo Ram
Ultra 2 SCSI disk
Sound blaster live
Geforce II MX
