[vlc] VLC 0.4.4 on MacOS 10.2.1 Titanium 800 MHZ?

Well when I run this with "The Family Man" UK edition I get

libdvdcss error: ioctl_ReadTitleKey failed
libdvdcss error: ioctl_ReadTitleKey failed

What is the status of VLC in this configuration?

Note: The region in my RPC2 drive is not currently set to anything and 
nor do I currently wish it to be ;-)
