[vlc] [vlc]: a problem, solution expected

hello,
      I am persuing MCA(Master of Computer Application from Institute of computer Science and electronics, Devi Ahilya University Indore MP India). I am in  last and VI sem.
      I have installed vlc and vls linux version. I can unicast and multicast to some coputers attached in LAN installed with vlc(windows version). Now I want to unicast/mulitcast a mpeg file while recording, using a web camera.
