[vlc] Re: VLC new DVB input

I've made some more tests...

1) Looks  as if  the tuning problem  was finaly not  related to  the fec
setting, but  rather the lowband/highband one  : VLC does not  manage to
tune to lowband frequencies (while VLS does...)

2) The problem of the stream stopping after a few seconds also occurs on
transponders where the "ioctl_SetDMXFilter:  ioctl failed" error doesn't
appear...
