[vlc] using vlc 6.1 to with v4l support

hello,

 i have compile vlc 6.1 with v4l support. i got it to work but the video
 is delayed by approximately 1 sec. i am not streaming or writing to a
 file, i'm just viewing on on linux framebuffer.
vlc -vvv
v4l:/dev/video:norm=ntsc:frequency=525250:size=640x480:channel=1:adev=/dev/dsp:audio=0
