[vlc] How to build vlc with RTSP support?

I see file modules/demux/livedotcom.cpp, but it is not used at all when
you "make" vlc.

 

I also see http://www.live.com/mplayer/  has a library for adding RTSP
support with MPlayer, but that library has tons of source files, it is
far more complicated than livedotcom.cpp.

 

So, which one adds RTSP support to vlc? How can I build it?
