[vlc] Re: MPEG2 TS RTP packet format

After you capture your stream with Ethereal, you will see the packets as 
UDP packets.
Right click on one of those packets and choose "Decode As" then select RTP.
Ethereal will parse the UDP packet as RTP and you will be able to browse 
all the RTP fields of the packet.
