 How can I enable this Closed Caption instead of  voice while I am watching
the movie thru VLC
As it was shown thru this screenshot with this sentence?
I am deaf has a hearing impired could not hear with both of my ears and need
a Cloased Caption just like it is on the TV with C1 enabled.
