Hey Folks

Just wondering: Is it possible to do a very simple OS X DVD stream. I
have an event I am playing and I would like to have a DVD play on
multiple Macs off of a single host. I will be using an Airport Extreme
for networking with the Airport handing out internal IP's.
10.0.1.1....2....3 etc. I will have VLC 0.6.0 installed on all
machines all of which will be running OS X 10.2.6.

Is there a simple way to do this? I tried setting up a stream on the
default port and I kept getting errors when I tried to play the DVD.
When I turned streaming off, it worked again. This is before I even
started dealing with the client computers. What am I doing wrong? Do
I need to encode the DVD before someone else can see it?

I'm having trouble understanding this from the online manuals. Any
help here would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank You.
