Client starts but no video... then i close it

Ipv4 and Ipv6 unicast and Ipv4 multicast is working fine on Ipaq with that mpeg 
file i'm trying to stream with Ipv6 multicast.

I'm thinking am i misunderstood link-local multicast addresses is that 
ff02::1:3:1 proper address address?
