[vlc] Re: Question about VideoLAN

Videolan works best when streaming mpeg 1/2 encapsulated in mpeg TS over
pure UDP, but using VLC as a server, a few other combinations is also
available. I don't know if any of these options work with standard issue
software that the public has installed.
