[vlc] Where are the Files ?

Hi.

I'm a beginer in Linux. I downloaded all RPM, including RH9 RPMs. I
follow the instructions using "rpm -U *.rpm". I didn't have problems
with decompilation. But... where are the directories ? The sub-directory
/.vlc doesn't exist here. Can you help me ??
