[vlc] Launch VLC without the interface

Hello !

I use VLC as a server to stream various contents and I want to control it at distance. Everything is OK but I would like to know if it is possible to launch VLC without the interface.
When it is started, it is possible to select the "View" menu and the "Hide interface" action but I search to automate that, with a command line.
