[vlc] adjust hardware-acceleration

Hi!

Does anybody know how to change the video-hardware-acceleration for vlc? 
I'd like to use vlc for two screens, but this will only work, if 
directdraw is deactivated. You can change it e.g. by windows mediaplayer 
and real-player, but i can't find it for vlc. Of course i know how to 
deactivate the acceleration for the whole OS, but this is not my goal.
Thanks for hints!
