[vlc] Mandrake .src.rpm problems

I've downloaded vlc-0.5.0-4mdk.src.rpm several times from several
different places and I always get the same error when I run:
  "rpm --rebuild vlc-0.5.0-4mdk.src.rpm"

The message is:
  "Installing vlc-0.5.0-4mdk.src.rpm
  error: Bad package specification: %package -n %mklibname vlc 0-devel"

Anyone know where I can get the a .src.rpm that works?
