[vlc] vlc IPv6 and windows

Hello,

I'd like to know if some people get VLC to work under windows with IPv6
    I have problems to set up the interfaces under windows (eth0 is not 
supported by MS)
    I successfully test IPv6 under Linux but can't get it to work on MS

Every feedback on IPv6 tests is really appreciated, and maybe there is a 
version that is more likely to work with IPv6.
