[vlc] VOD Installation,

Hello,

I´m trying to set up video on demand access to an 2 GB MPEG-2 Video as
described in  http://www.videolan.org/doc/videolan-howto/vod.html.
The Client makes an access to the http-server but shows nothing. What´s
wrong ?

Server is Apache on Suse Linux 8.1
Client is Win2000, vlc

That is what the log say´s :

main: playlist item `http://extern5/sel.mpg'
access_http error: 416  Requested Range Not Satisfiable access_http
error: 416  Requested Range Not Satisfiable
main: EOF reached
access_http: closing HTTP target `http://extern5/sel.mpg'
 
Has anyone an idea what´s wrong ?
