[vlc] some questions....

Hi all,

I would like to ask you some things about the videoLan product.

1)
Does the VLC supports the rtsp protocol?
Could it playback, transcode and broadcast any live video streaming in
this protocol..? (rtsp://xxxx.xxx:xxx/live.rm)

2)can i see (playback) a streaming video that i have already been
broadcasting (with vlc) with other client except the vlc client?
For example can i playback a live video streaming through media player or
through any other client..?More spesific i am inerested in streaming a
live video streaming with vlc (after i have transcoded it) and playback it
on a pocket pc or on a mobile device...
is any client for pocket pc's or for mobile devices..?

3)
what is the difference in streaming a video through the vlc and
vls?
is this the same thing..?
