Go to http://www.moonlight.co.il/consumer_p_mpeg_player.htm and download the
moonlight MPEG2 player application.  It will install the necessary filters
for WMP to run in network streaming mode.

You will have to purchase a copy if you want to use it for longer than 21
days ($20 USD)
